Orders must be in by Mon May 9th.   Smoked Salmon orders must be placed by May 7th.  

All orders are picked up cold to be re-heated unless specified otherwise.  Please put desired pick up time in "Notes" section at checkout.  We will also follow up with you via email to confirm.
