This beef tenderloin has a Morrocan flavored dry rub with spices including coriander, cumin, brown sugar, cinnamon and cloves. It is smoked to rare with hickory and mesquite woods and re-heats or re-grills to a perfect medium rare. This tenderloin makes a wonderful entree choice for any gathering. Suggested serving size is 6-8 oz per person.
